about Trademate
Why doesn’t the Travis Perkins website show product prices?
If you do not have an account with us, unfortunately you cannot view prices. We make sure personalised pricing is in place for all our trade customers and this is something that is received very well. If you are a Trade Customer and would like to open an account or Trade Cash Card, please go to the
open an account
page.
I cannot log-in to Trademate.
Check you are not using your Account number or Trade Cash Card number as your log-in ID. Please try to log in using your Trademate specific log in ID and password. If you are still encountering problems please call Helpdesk.
Please update my account details as I have moved address/changed mobile number
Please contact our credit control department via 01604 752424 in order to have your details updated. If you are unsure please speak to your
local branch
who will be able to help.
Can you send me contact details for a branch?
All branch contact details are available on this website using the
Branch Locator
. You can also use our text service simply text "Travis" and the town you are in to 81222 (i.e. "Travis Bedford") and your nearest branch will be sent direct to your mobile. Texts will be charged at standard network rate and you will not be charged for receiving a text from us.
I need Travis Perkins bank details so I can pay by internet banking?

Can you provide me with a quote for materials?
We would be more than happy to. Please contact your local branch using the details on our
branch locator
so that they can provide you with a quote. You can email, phone or fax.

I would like some information about a product, should I call the helpdesk?
The helpdesk does not have access to product information. If your query is relating to technical issues or website queries then we will be more than happy to discuss this with you.
If I sign up for paperless billing, will I still receive Paper Invoices as well?
No. As soon as the paperless billing is activated, paper invoices will no longer be sent to you.
