Good Product, but dismal service from my local branch
Product is fine, buying it was the issue! I needed a replacement as the original has broken internally. I went to my local branch in Ross on Wye to be told that the version with the keyhole was no longer available. The only option was for me to find another branch who might have stock. I went online and saw that Bromyard had 2. I bought them and travelled 25 miles to collect. When I got that and chatted with the Manager, he said 'why didn't Ross just order them in?'. I told him the story and he said that was rubbish and were available. So although I did get the lock, a real palaver and I wasn't very impressed with my local branch!
