Quality not brilliant

I bought and had delivered 10 panels. When coming to fit I had to make repairs to all 10 panels.

Worst fence panels I've ever bought.

Bought 6 of these , one was damaged but luckily I made it into a half panel . They have minimal overlap and during dry spell you can see through the gaps . When watering your plants don't forget to water your fence so it expands and closes the gaps ! Previous purchase from Travis were made by Larch Lap which were fine . Think I may have to replace these after 6 months . Not happy 😡

Poor delivery service and poor quality product. Rusty nails poking out, nods all over the place, very rough wood even after painted. Wood on top loose on one of the fences and I had to nail that back in. It is nothing like the picture; pictures and description are misleading. Don't waste your money and look for something better which will last longer if you can spend a couple of more quid. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product to anybody. Waste of money, paint and time.

Good value sturdy frame

Bought to replace a storm damaged fence panel which only lasted about 6 years before warping and rotting across the bottom,this one is far better quality,and has a frame which is a lot more sturdy.The only let down was waiting in all day for the delivery by my local branch,who were supposed to text me before hand to let me know when they were going to arrive,but when they did come the two guys were great,and even slotted the the panel in for me which was a great surprise.

Poor quality control

I bought 8 of these panels and they're not the cheapest so I was expecting them to be decent. I immediately sent one back due to knots and gaps but a few weeks on, another two panels have developed significant warps and gaps despite being painted with Cuprinol Shades paint.

Replaced an old fence with these panels, they're good quality and look excellent. I have to say they are much better quality than anything I've seen at B&Q. After a mix up with the initial delivery it was quickly rectified by my local branch. 5 * service from them and the guy who delivered the panels to my preferred location. We recently bought our house and it needs a lot of work, Travis Perkins will definitely be my go to.

Warped and poor with knots and gaps rusted nails

Had these installed at end of June. It was raining at the time. Once they dried the true defects were visible. The panels are warped with large gaps. So many knots falling out as they dried and one panel had a gap as it was defective. Very disappointed even with customer service. Most of the panels are warped.

The worst brand new fence panels I have ever seen

The finish is very rough, unlike the photos. There are nails poking out at all angles and the nail heads are rusty. I thought that I was buying a quality product - but I was wrong!
