We purchased this item along with other NEFF kitchen appliances about 4years ago and it has now broken and uneconomical to repair. Very disappointing

N 90 Warming Draw
The draw works very well, it has a good range of temprature settings. I bought it with the purpose of warming plates. However, I have found it also useful for keepoing food warm. Being a tall person it has lifted the main oven and grill to my level. I am pleased with my purchace.

Warming drawer issue speedily fixed
We have all Neff cooking appliances and are very pleased with, them, especially the hide and slide oven. I love having a warming drawer and was disappointed when it stopped working but extremely pleased with the timely response and quick resolution by the Neff engineer.

Honesty is the best policy!
Good warning drawer, but limited on space. Especially as the mechanism takes away some of the capacity. Has good temperature settings for anything from plates to a bottle of wine!
We did have an issue with the push-click opening, but this was resolved under warranty.
