They arrive with the decorative screw covers in place & found it challenging to remove the decorative covers prior to fixing to the doors without damaging them.

Website needs to display other associated components
The door and handle are great - but I have given this a 3 star as TP needs to sort it's website out. When the chippy came to fit the door he asked for the latch - I'd assumed that the door and handles would be the complete package - wrong - I should have bought a latch. TP needs to up it's game so that when clicking on buying an item, the site should display other things you might need when buying that product. all very well for trades who know their stuff but not ideal for diy'ers who don't have a clue.
