Poor customer service, great product!!!
As ever, this is a great product from Bosch. Unfortunately this was not the one I ordered on line on18/10. I was told by my local branch that the model on the website no longer existed and was not available!!! After a great deal of chasing Customer Service!!!!! I finally had to collect it from my local branch yesterday. 15 days after I ordered it. Not sure why I'm filling this in, as no one ever gets back to me.
