Reduce noise through walls and ceilings with our wide range of sound insulation. You’ll find Knauf glass mineral wool acoustic rolls and Rockwool sound insulation slabs, both are available in a choice of sizes. Our soundproofing insulation has all of the thermal benefits you’d expect, as well as Euroclass A1 reaction to fire certification - the highest grade of fire-resistant insulation available.
Is made of shaped polyethylene foams glued to aluminium coated polyethylene foils. The unique honeycomb structure composes of a large number of low emissivity cavities that ensure high thermal performance. The reflective insulation product has a heat capacity of 2300JK/kgK. The panels can be used on timber frame, masonry walls, pitched roof, ceilings, floors & suspended timber floors. The lightweight Hybris panels have a tensile strength greater than 45kPa before and after ageing in both longitudinal and transversal directions. The tensile strength is tested to EN 1608 and the tearing and nail shank resistance to EN 12310- 1 part 1.
An A1 Non-Combustible multi-application Glass Mineral Wool slab, manufactured using Knauf Insulation's unique ECOSE® Technology, and designed for use in multiple applications in both timber and steel frame construction to allow flexibility across a range of projects.
An A1 Non-Combustible Rock Mineral Wool slab, manufactured using Knauf Insulation's unique ECOSE® Technology and designed for use in multiple applications including internal partitions, timber and metal studs, and in between timber rafters and floor joists.
