Amazing oven
Having moved from a series 1 oven, the difference is spectacular in terms of the all round cooking ability, as the food is evenly cooked to perfection. I'm well impressed.

Oven problems
We have just replaced our previous Bosch oven with a new one. We did not want to spend so much but cheaper ovens did not allow for the gas pipe to hob. There are several problems:

Disappointing built under double oven.
This oven has replaced a similar model which I have used for many years.The control panel is designed to be viewed at eye level making it difficult to read for built under models. I cannot believe that you did not notice this when testing.

Oven problems
We have just replaced our previous Bosch oven with a new one. We did not want to spend so much but cheaper ovens did not allow for the gas pipe to hob. There are several problems:
1. The main oven is smaller than before. The casserole dish I use most does not go into the 2nd shelf.
2. The large trays do NOT fit into a dishwasher easily or store anywhere else easily.
3. The temperature contol markings, which are numerous, are very feint black on the silver panel and we are having to bend down and use a torch until we get used to them. The mark on the nob is barely visible and this moves about 10 degrees when in use, perhaps due to vibration from the fan.
4. Tonight we used an oven thermometer which confirmed our suspicion that it wasn't reaching the correct temperature anyway. This was showing 10-15 degrees below what we had set.
This is all very disappointing in a fairly expensive oven.

Double oven
Cooks well and even, Main oven just a bit smaller than my old one, but still mananged to cook the Turkey at Christmas
