Amazing Cooker Hood
Did a lot of research before choosing this hood. The LED light, noise level and control buttons are all excellent and far superior to other hoods available. I am so glad I bought this hood from Neff.

Great product but instructions are appalling
I love the product but the instructions are impossible to follow. Especially with regard to the flue assembly and which screws to use and which way up the vent grills go on one section of the flue housing - even the retaining bracket which has huge 10mm holes - presumably to mount with massive 12mm+ rawl bolts (?) ...

good looks don't count for much
Whilst this looks good in design it fails in operation to draw the steam and smells off a working neff induction hob below .. without being on at maximum and unbearable noise level ( anything above level 1 ). Light wirks well

Great product but instructions are appalling
I love the product but the instructions are impossible to follow. Especially with regard to the flue assembly and which screws to use and which way up the vent grills go on one section of the flue housing - even the retaining bracket which has huge 10mm holes - presumably to mount with massive 12mm+ rawl bolts (?) did not contain any additional fixings nor pictures of how this thing is to be mounted. I feel Neff should create YouTube links for it's products rather than bother with these silly misleading instructions. It's spent 4 weeks on the Kitchen table waiting mounting whilst we delegate trying to figure out this puzzle - it's been a party piece at Christmas.

Beautiful addition
This looks so lovely in my new kitchen. It's added that extra touch. Yet to use but so far so good!

Too short
It works well and is efficient, though a bit noisy. Height was measured by how well I could reach the controls, which was fine for me as I live alone, but recently my son and his partner visited for a few days and cooked the main meals, and the height was totally wrong for them. I'm 5'3" and my son is about 6', so we were unable to open the canopy properly and the kitchen just filled with steam. Apparently there's nothing that can be done about it. How frustrating! The controls should are totally in the wrong place to judge the position of the fan.

Excellent purchase ! so easy to use - MUCH more efficient than my old extractor hood. Wish I had bought one of these years ago - if they were available then and I had known about them. Easy to use, clean, run - what more can I say ?!
