Dryer awful
Dryer is awful I put in 2 pairs of short socks 2 underwear 1 pair of cotton trousers pair leggings 1 thin top put on for a hour still wet! Had to put it back on foot 40 minutes which would have been done in 40 minutes in old dryer but 1hour 40 don't mind waiting up the cost of the electric 🤦♀️

Hopefully better second time around after the additional expenses we incurred on the original machine which needed repairing numerous times during a four year period. We were very disappointed with with the standard of manufacture and as soon as one repair was rectified it seemed to cause the next repair. During the four years we had the machine we were without washing facilities thirteen weeks and incurred additional expense and inconvenience of visiting a launderette.

Really Disappointed
This is an expensive item and in the higher end of washer/dryers and it just doesn't cut it. The controls are complicated and certain functionality is limited. Why is the delayed start so hard to use? Maybe I should read the manual. What manual? There's no manual on this website and I've registered the machine as your supposed to, there's so link to a manual.
The sound rating is just utter rubbish, its more like 90+ dB's, think noisy petrol lawn mower levels. They probably fudged the sound rating; you can check it yourself by using an app on your phone. More annoyingly it has a high-pitched whine from the motor when in operation at lower speeds.
Eco mode is pointless. Maybe you save a litre or two of water, but your clothes are dry coming out, so they haven't actually been washed, just moved around a lot.
Honestly, I give up. I just want a washing machine, how hard is that?
Only had this a few months and wish we could return it.

Machine Damaging Clothing (Design Fault)
This washer drier has damaged my bedding and clothing. It only spins in one direction and washing is sticking to the side of the drum crushing fabrics. Other premium brands spin both ways to stop clothing from crushing. Neff say the machine is fine as there are no error codes thus I cannot get a replacement or refund. I am left having to pay over £1000 for a machine I will need to dump as it is useless.

Washing gets trapped
Washes okay most of the time but smaller items such as socks and childrens underwear get stuck between the door and the rubber seal leaving them soaking wet and only partially washed. It also damages certain items causing holes and pulled seams.
