Utter rubbish
Expanded at the first sign of weather, despite using decent primer and paint (Weathershield). Poor materials and construction. TP replaced the first set but no improvement and ended up with a full refund.

Good quality product
Arrived when promised, wrapped in film, so can withstand a shower or two. Well made, all square AFAIK, surfaces smooth, primed them immediately, hanging would be easier with 2 people, but doable alone. Would be 5 stars but there was a small ding on one edge, didn't spot it until after I'd removed the packaging film. But overall, very pleased.

Website not clear
Ordered 2 as the website stated price was £200 EACH then had 4 doors delivered! Website was not clear that the price was for a set of doors, content needs to be improved so people know what they are ordering. After multiple calls to complain they have finally agreed to collect the extra set.

tThese will be on the log burner next winter. Twisted & warped within days - & getting worse. Have had to plane them down 5 times due to expansion - now it's warmer they have contracted & don't meet in the middle. Thin wooden T & G panels make it see through. Badly assembled. We waited months for these & wish I had bought better & cheaper elsewhere.
