POOR QUALITY AND FAULTY
I was at first delighted that this item was available at Travis Perkins
However, I collected it and went to the job
When I tried to reverse the lock the screw would not move thus causing the screw head to tear
I contacted Travis Perkins who advised me to take it into the sales office
When I got there they suggested that I used the incorrect number pozi screwdriver So Travis Perkins got another from the stock and attempted to use what was thought to be the correct number screwdriver but the same thing happened
I ended up receiving a credit and had to postpone the job
