Can be used on a wide variety of buildings, temporary or permanent
Long lasting weatherproof protection
More economical than using cement based slates or tiles based on the amount of effort required to install
Laid from 15 deg to 85 deg
Self adhesive tabs for ease of installation in summer, in colder conditions the bond will take longer therefore blobs of lap mastic should be applied on each corner
Use 20mm large head galvanised clout nails as reinforcement, this is recommended for steep sloped roofs and when laying in colder conditions

The GTV-CS Castellated In-Line Tile Vent is designed for three main purposes: Roof void ventilation; Mechanical extraction; Soil ventilation, all through a castellated roof covering. The in-line profile design of this vent tile makes it almost invisible when installed at either high or low level, with no unsightly hoods or external ducting on show from the exterior to maintain an unbroken appearance to the roofline.
The tiles fitted to the verge (end of a gable) should alternately be 1?? wide (i.e. Plain Tile & Half), this ensures that the pattern is maintained without having to cut down and use half width tiles at the verges
