Quiet, efficient and easy to use
We use our washer dryer about 4 times a week. It's fairly easy to use and it can be set to a timer so that it runs overnight.
We sometimes use washing powder and sometimes washing tablets which we place inside the drum. On low temperatures and short cycles the tablet does not always disolve.

I have been happy with the machine, keeping it maintained until this week. There is an electrical fault which is being triggered by machine which trips power. Had electrician in to confirm electrics are good as did not want to have Neff call-out (£106.00) only to have the technician suggest issue with home electri ...

Excellent in every way
I have being using this product for the past three years and it's being amazing. Never had an issue, cleans it self using the fluff clean option for 18 minutes. Washes and dries clothes with several options to choose from.

Fault within four years
I have been happy with the machine, keeping it maintained until this week. There is an electrical fault which is being triggered by machine which trips power. Had electrician in to confirm electrics are good as did not want to have Neff call-out (£106.00) only to have the technician suggest issue with home electrics. So now out of pocket for electrician and have no choice but to pay the Neff call-out charge and holding breathe to understand what ultimate costs might be after parts! Not happy, had high expectations from Neff and such an expensive machine.

Failed at 21 months
Our washer/dryer has failed at 21 months with an electrical fault. For an expensive machine this is very poor. I wouldn't buy another.

Nothing but Problems
I expected this machine to last longer for the money that I paid for it. It has been nothing but trouble...fan issues, faulty valves and finally bearings.
Fortunately we purchased an extended warranty so after yet another fault it was replaced
yesterday with a replacement new machine. Hopefully this machine will be reliable and work as expected.

Not good
We have owned the washer dryer since June of 2016. As a washer it appears to be fine but as a dryer it is practically useless. It very rarely gets used as a dryer but when it does, it hardly works effectively. Items that are removed at the end of the lengthy 2 hour cycle are still damp even though they should be closet dry.
