Improvements needed
No lower temperature eco programme - the only one is 40-60 degrees
The spin cycle as part of the drying cycle creases all the clothes - it's too fast and no option to change the spin speed.

My 3rd Neff Washer Dryer
This is my third Neff washer/dryer. Whilst Neff is more expensive than some other brands of washer/dryer, I believe it will stand the test of time and have a greater life span. It has all of the programs I require and is easy to use. My only complaint is that, on this specfic machine, small items such as socks get stuck between the drum and the door when tumble drying resulting in scum on them. The answer is to put such items in a laundry bag when tumble drying.

Mostly good
Replaces previous Neff Washer-dryer V5340 14 years old. I paid the extra for this model (despite no customer reviews on this site or elsewhere, which normally I set great store by) for some features absent from other models, like the 15 minute wash. Dryer isn't great, but I think that's the deal with these combine washer dryers and I only use it for towels anyway. I like the lights telling me the stage the program is at and I LOVE the fact that the door has a handle and not the push button, and unlocks immediately the program finishes so I don't have to wait around for ages to take the laundry out. I miss the Delay Start and cannot get my head around the Finish By feature.
