Never but neue
Terrible appliance has broke twice since we purchased in 2020 , I would avoid buying neue products from now on.

To anyone thinking of purchasing any Neue products with their kitchen I urge you to reconsider!! We have had ours in place since 2020 and every electrical appliance manufactured by Neue is broken. Dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The only part of the kitchen electricals that still works perfectly since purchasing as part of the kitchen is the cooker.... And that's because it's not a Neue product, it's rangemaster! Absolute pile of cheap rubbish. If you're thinking of purchasing your kitchen from here and looking at their electricals I was recommended Neue. More money in solving faults and now I need to replace a 3 year old fridge, dishwasher and integrated microwave, all at the same time

Just out of warranty and broken. Electrical fault undiagnosed - but could be solved with new pcb. Cost of spares and fitting are greater than a complete new machine. Save your money and buy a better one.

Used daily for 18 months and it's broken. Pump has broken and motor is going. Terrible product. Difficult and expensive to replace the parts.

Doesn't clean dishes well
This dishwasher is difficult to load, doesn't clean the dishes well and has a very noisy and irritating finishing beep cycle that can't be silenced.
