Bought some cupboards a few weeks back, perfect, all as expected.
Ordered the flooring which arrived on a pallet wrapped in polyethylene a day or so later. As soon as it was unwrapped we realised nearly every box was smashed on the edges and sides. Took photos immediately. I've contacted customer services ten tim ...

Good quality flooring with great finish
Good quality laminate flooring. Excellent finish and wear. Have had down in bathroom and living rooms for almost 3 years now and still looking good. Pleased it's still available from TP so we can re-furbish another room using the same flooring. Easy to cut, fit and install. Perfect.

Best domestic quality available.
Excellent quality flooring. Have used to cover the whole ground floor, including the room opening to the garden, and after four years, the floor is good as new. Now started on the upstairs.

Took photos immediately. I've contacted customer services ten times now by email or phone, each time with a promise of a call back to replace it.
Two weeks on I still can't lay my flooring!
Appalling, unbelievably poor treatment in every respect.
We are going to have to either claim through county court now or ask our card provider to do a clawback.
Just cannot believe how unhelpful they've been.

Can't find fault. Test each end joint with your fingers before racing on and then saying the joints come apart.

This flooring is absolutely beautiful. There are loads of different designed planks, the surface is matt and textured. The blanks seem very large.
