Not the greatest service...
I purchased 4 packs of flooring from Travis Perkins.
The ordering process was a bit clunky, an estimated deIivery date was provided (seemed awfully long) then there was absolutely zero follow up communication until the courier arrived at my door with the deIivery. A simple update to let me know when it was arriving or to say it had been dispatched would have been nice.
The courier pointed out that 2 of the 4 packs were damaged but he had been told to deiliver them anyway. If I wasn't happy I had to phone and let them know - no contact name, number, nothing provided. The hassle and time involved in doing this v cutting off the damaged boards during installation meant it was easier for me to reluctantly keep the damaged goods that I had paid full price for.
In the big competitive world of shopping online you're going to have to try a lot harder than this Travis Perkins. Shoddy and amateurish.
