Overview

- Features an adjustable sanding arm, allowing the operator to keep their hand/wrist in a comfortable position and alter the angle of the sanding arm to suit the job.

- Supplied with two Sanding Heads: A single wheeled head for flat surfaces and a twin wheeled head for better performance on angled surfaces.
- A dust bag for effective dust collection, when sanding wood, plastics or removing paint.
- Also three sanding belts are included in a variety of grades, ideal for wood, metal and plastics. The coarser paper grades remove the unwanted material faster and with less effort.

Narrow belt sander
Bought it some while ago to assist filing into corners in preparation to do some arc welding.
As an economy (ie I am a cheapskate) , much of the metal I use is recycled (ie corroded) and must be cleaned up before welding.

Have very recently purchased this electric file and find it very disappointing indeed!

Power file belt sander
Excellent tool, should have bought one yrs ago haha, well made, and comes with all you need, spare belts, carbon brushes, dust bag, and a angled head, variable speed is a must, i use it for sanding/grinding intricate welding jobs where flap disc isnt suitible, with a 60grit belt,

What a brilliant piece of kit
Had some aluminium framing making up a car windscreen frame that had quite a few deep scratches. Using hand held sand paper as taking ages, 10 minutes with this machine and it was all over. Also had to enlarge a slot in some thin steel sheet again 10 mins. all done. (see photo below)
Really like the way the angle of sanding can be adjusted

Brilliant tool
This sander is really good, and the adjustable head makes it easy to use. Using it to shape wooden flooring, it has saved so much time and energy. It's a must have in any toolbox.

This tool is reasonably priced & works well. The sanding belts wore out quickly on the metal towel radiator that I was removing the powder coating from. But I think that would be the same with all of them.

This replaces an old...
This replaces an old Black and Decker belt sander that I had for many years. It is far better than the old Black and Decker to use and loading the belts is very easy.
