Can I have my goods delivered?
Yes, we will happily deliver to your chosen address within Great Britain unless your postcode sits within our delivery exceptions below.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
For standard products or products delivered directly from a trusted supplier, you will be given an estimated delivery lead time in your basket before you check out. A member of staff will then be in contact before this date to arrange a delivery time which suits you - this will usually be between 3-5 working days for deliveries from a branch. We deliver Monday - Saturday.
We offer next day delivery on selected products and for select locations, for orders placed before 4pm Sunday to Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays. You can find which products are included on the individual product pages, look for the message ‘TP Direct’. Deliveries to some rural areas, including parts of Scotland, the highlands, islands or other remote areas to which we deliver, may take longer. In this instance, a member of staff will be in contact to discuss once your order has been placed.
If you are purchasing items eligible for next day delivery alongside products that aren't, then you will be given the choice to combine these at the checkout into one delivery, using the longest lead time if that is suitable for you. Your delivery lead time will be communicated within the ordering process.
We do advise that customers wait for their goods to be delivered before arranging work to be undertaken. We will not be able to offer compensation due to orders being delayed.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Our delivery charges depend on which type of customer you are.

If you are purchasing VAT exempt products, the delivery charge (if applicable) will also be exempt from VAT. If you purchase a mixture of standard VAT products and VAT exempt products, your delivery charge will have VAT added to it relative to the value of products in your basket which are VAT inclusive. What sort of vehicle will my order be delivered on?
Most of our branches have a Heavy Goods Vehicle (road access and weight limits need to be considered) with some branches having smaller vehicles. Please contact your local branch for more details.
If you order next day delivery products, your goods will be delivered using a courier van.
Will you deliver my materials exactly where I need them?
All deliveries delivered from a Travis Perkins Heavy Goods Vehicle will be delivered kerb side. We work to very high safety standards and this may restrict our ability to deliver your materials if we deem the delivery location to be unsafe. During the checkout, we will ask if there are any obstructions close to the delivery address, which could cause a problem for a Heavy Goods Vehicle, for example if there are overhead power cables present. In this instance, we will contact you and try to arrange an alternative delivery location.
We use DX couriers to get our next day delivery products to you. These goods will be delivered kerb side either: at the front door of a property or the main door of a block of flats. Your order will require a signature at time of delivery.
For deliveries direct from a supplier, the delivery point will depend on the product being delivered and the supplier’s vehicle they are using.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Will you deliver my Tool Hire equipment exactly where I need them?
We work to high safety standards, giving you the reassurance that all our deliveries will be carried out safely, and delivered kerbside. However, this may restrict our ability to deliver your hire equipment if we deem the delivery location to be unsafe.
Can I collect my Tool Hire order instead of having it delivered?
Yes , you can collect your order from over 300 Travis Perkins locations. We will advise at the point of order where your nearest collection point is.
Do you sell to overseas customers?
No, we currently only operate in Great Britain.
Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?
During bank holiday periods, like Christmas and New Year, the majority of our branches are closed. As a consequence of this, there may be a delay to when your order is delivered. Please contact your delivering branch which will be detailed in your email confirmation, and they will be able to advise when they can deliver your goods.
