TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BIG BANG/TOOL HIRE 

Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Offer is open to Benchmarx and Travis Perkins Trade Cash Card and Account customers.

2. Customers purchasing a kitchen during Big Bang will be issued a 60% off voucher by Benchmarx. 

3. Big Bang promotion period valid from September 14th to October 31st 2020.

4. 60% off valid from hires collected or delivered during the period November 1st 2020 to December 31st 2020 from Travis Perkins Tool Hire, and will remain in place for the full duration of that hire.

5. Discount applicable to tools & equipment belonging to the Travis Perkins Tool Hire fleet (fleeted) All rehire products will remain at net rate.

6. This offer is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable.  

7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer if circumstances arise which are beyond its control.

8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

9. The Promoter is Travis Perkins Trading Company Limited, Lodge Way House, Lodge Way, Harlestone Road, Northampton, NN5 7UG.

10. Tool Hire voucher to be redeemed by over 18 year old only. A person under the age of 18 will be disqualified. You may be required to provide ID to confirm age.

11. Employees of the Promoter, any of the Promoter’s agencies and any of their parent, subsidiary and/or affiliate companies as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants’ eligibility.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the offer or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person deliberately to undermine the legitimate operation of the offer may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13. Information collected from entrants will only be used for the purposes of this offer, and will not be disclosed to a third party, other than as is absolutely necessary to fulfil the terms offered under.
