Unstable and unreliable for me
I got these when they first came out in 2019. Highly recommend
Very easy to setup and reliable with excellent coverage of the whole house. I really like the google home controls where you can monitor/prioritise devices, as well as keep an eye on internet speed. Great value as well.

Best Mesh Wi-Fi
I have been using this Nest Wi-Fi in my home for 2 years now. When we all had to work and study from home we never had a drop and never had any issues. The base unit and 2 pods cover our 2500 sq foot home with brick walls and lots of signal distortion with no issues

Not as good as makes out to be
Bought two to start with, did not work great, but better than my router, bought a third and it resets its self a lot and losses signal also makes the whole system drop, found a group that had lots of people saying the same, sound is good and now how music all over the house, that's why I gave two stars insrad of 1. Google apparently cannot fix the problem at the moment had it 3 months.

Disappointing hub
Not impressed - single unit, wifi not even as good as my existing Draytek router/hub wifi, with far fewer options. No way to select wifi channels and google has dropped the previous wifi app which did offer more options, so now only google home. Sent it back after 2 days.

Extending wifi
I have used an additional router as a Point as I was not able to buy a point on it's own to add to the system I have. This extended the range to a few dark spots in the house. It seems to be working ok.

Simple to setup, but has a few stupid issues
I'm a big nest / google fan, but this product is still quite basic so perhaps not for the power user.It's easy to setup and works great, but there's a few silly quirks.1) You can only set a priority device for a maximum of 4 hours. No idea why they limit this.2) You can use the nest points as speakers, but you cant put a nest wifi point into a family group, so you can't do any internet management with them.3) The home app is very limited.Recommended for plug and forget, not for someone who wants configurability.

Don't buy
Bought the WiFi Hub and two WiFi points. Keeps saying poor connection between the points despite this being a modest sized house in England, not a country known for large housing. Have had so many emails back and forth with tech support, finally giving up and going back to what we had before.

Good, not great...
99% of the time, this is fine. The 1% where it drops connection between the points is infuriating. I'm pushing it range-wise though, so I'll let that slide. Give me a web interface already! I'm sick of having to use my phone and navigate through a cluttered Home app. Google has a web interface for everything except this.

Hmmmn, additional point doesn't want to connect
Initially purchased a nest WiFi router and point and got up and running ok.Soon became apparent that a second (so three units in total) was needed. Unfortunately, the new additional point doesn't want to fully connect. The point appears on my list of networks, but as a separate unit asking for WiFi password. So, not able to utilise as it just doesn't connect to the existing mesh system.Love the idea that the additional points should act as Google assistant speakers, but only the original one does.So far, no response from online help to assist in working out what the issue is. ☹️
