Misleading website
Novice diyer so ordered what presents as 1m lengths of tongue and groove as opposed to the longer lengths. Delivered as 4.5 metre lengths and needed cutting. Not everyone has access to a chop saw and also created half a metre waste from each length. If I had known this I would have gone for a cheaper option.
Ordered on line but staff at local branch helpful despite not being able to provide a cutting service.
Certainly won't be doing on line again. Better off going into local branch

Not without choosing the timber first and then you deliver
I needed to build a bench. Ordering OK, delivery Ok, timber quality poor, 25% straight rest bent or twisted, some bad some not so. Ok for a bench but I would not use it for anything precise

Incorrect Technical Specification
The data in the technical specification is incorrect. The finished size of the wood is much smaller than the stated size. The technical specification MUST include the finished size of the wood, not some made up hyothetical size. Shame on TP, wasting my time and money. I spent a day desigining a set of steps for a unique space, based on the size in the technical spec, now it's all for nothing.
