Holds an Agrement certificate by the BBA for use in all exposure zones, including those in very severe areas
Engineered to adapt to any slight imperfections in the substrate and knit together, eliminating any air gaps and preserving thermal performance for the lifetime of the building
Friction fits between wall ties, so there is no need for ancillary products, such as retaining discs or jointing tape
Full-fill solution that doesn't require cavity barriers

2 in 1 insulated dry lining board for fix and dab application. Fibre free rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core bonded to 12.5mm tapered edge gypsum plasterboard using proprietary gypsum adhesive. The 2 in 1 board insulates and dry lines walls in one application.
This Dupre Vermiculite loose-fill insulation is a highly absorbent protector suitable for packaging, chimney lining, loft insulation and high-temperature insulation. Made from aluminium-iron-magnesium silicates, it is a natural mineral used for void filling. This fill consists of thick flakes, making it ideal for containers of liquids where spillage and leaks may occur.
Partial fill cavity wall PIR insulation. Fibre free rigid insulation core with aluminium foil composite to both sides. The boards are conveniently sized to co-ordinate with brick and block dimensions and allow the insertion of wall ties at the appropriate spacing.

Rigid polyisocyanurate PIR foam core with aluminium foil composite to both sides
Usage
New build and upgrading thermal performance of existing cavity walls
Thermaclass Cavity Wall 21 is an easy to install, polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board for full fill cavity wall applications, with excellent thermal performance (0.021 W/m.K). Featuring a low emissivity foil facing, it can be installed with up to a 10mm residual cavity (to support ease of installation and accommodate mortar squeeze) or as a full fill solution with no residual cavity. Another significant benefit of Thermaclass Cavity Wall 21 is that it does not require board joints to be taped, saving both time and additional cost to the installer. The tongue and groove edge profile helps to keep the boards in line and acts as the barrier to water ingress by preventing water from tracking between the board joints.
