Brilliant oven, but there are a couple of flaws

Great oven if the controls worked
This is our second Bosch combo oven and the features & functions offered are great. We particularly like the delayed start & timed cook - nothing like coming home to a cooked lasagne or shepherds pie after a day out. My second Bosch combination oven
Love this model, similar to the last one with a couple more updates. A bit of a faff with the Home Connect & not something I'll get a lot of use from but once set up it seems ok.
Would have been nice if Bosch included a wire grill for the grill pan as standard like it used to considering the price of the oven.

Great oven if the controls worked
This is our second Bosch combo oven and the features & functions offered are great. We particularly like the delayed start & timed cook - nothing like coming home to a cooked lasagne or shepherds pie after a day out. The Home Connect adds to this by allowing you to control cooking remotely too. Unfortunately the dial on the oven rarely works which is very frustrating as the only way to operate the oven is using your smart phone. Even adding a minute to cooking requires your smart phone which is not practical. Such as shame as could be a game changer.

Gets the job done
We thought long and hard before purchasing this appliance and have no regrets. The appliance is a great all rounder n for those who do not have the space for a separate microwave or just want to keep the kitchen less cluttered with appliances we we did. The functionality is really good and covers all needs, the only negative is the non turntable aspect does mean the microwave performance can be poorer than a dedicated microwave with a turntable

Excellent product - easy to use
We commissioned a new kitchen and went for this combi and the larger conventional fan oven. These two complment each other very well. With energy prices on the increase I tend to use the microwave function quite a lot. I also love the pyro cleaning.

Amazing
Love my series 8 built in compact oven with mircorwave function, it has many heating option with Home connect option which means even my daughter who is 12 can operate from her phone, It's absoluty amazing. Love it , Love it, Love it.

Built in combi oven with microwave
Got this oven about 5 months ago, and enjoy cooking in it. It's a bit too powerful for me when using auto cook, dished are coming out overcooked, so I adjust the weight down when using this cooking option. Very impressive that there's no need to remove the rails for pyrolitic cleaning, this is the only oven that I was able to find with this feature. I'm yet to use pyrolitic cleaning for this oven, but am very hopeful that it will be fine.
What I'm not so fond about is the amount of humidity this oven produces with some cooking options, and one has to use a separate drying regime to get rid of it. I find this rather annoying. It would be much better if this were a built in function. I just keep the oven door open for a while, sometimes overnight.
