Q1 - Can I have my goods delivered?
Yes - We can deliver to your chosen address.
Please note that delivery charges for tool and equipment hire may apply.
Q2 - Do you charge for delivery?
Yes - Tool Hire & Equipment delivery charges will quoted at the point of order.
Q3 - Will you deliver my hire equipment exactly where I need them?
We work to high safety standards, giving you the reassurance that all our deliveries will be carried out safely, and delivered kerbside. However, this may restrict our ability to deliver your hire equipment if we deem the delivery location to be unsafe.
Q4 - Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes - You can collect your order from over 200 Travis Perkins locations. We will advise at the point of order where your nearest collection point is.
Q5 - Do you hire to overseas customers?
No, we do not hire to overseas locations.
Q6 - Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?
During Bank Holiday periods like Christmas and New Year, the majority of our branches are closed. As a consequence of this, there may be a delay to when you order is delivered.
