Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. 

 

By participating, all entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. 

 

Promoter:  Travis Perkins Trading Company Limited, Ryehill House, Rye Hill Close, Lodge Farm, Industrial Estate, Northampton NN5 7UA. 

Administrator: 8848 Agency, Hilton Hall, Hilton Lane, Wolverhampton WV11 2BQ. 

 

1. Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Travis Perkins, their immediate families, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Failure to comply with this clause will result in disqualification. 

2. Entrants must be a UK resident aged 18 or over. Entrants will be included in the competition draw should they be a Travis Perkins Trade Credit Account holder and spend a cumulative £1,000 or more throughout March at the following Travis Perkins branches: Northampton Harvey Reeves Road and Wellingborough. Customers can choose to opt out if they wish. Entrants will be included in the draw if they are a Travis Perkins Trade Account holder and spend £100 or more on any single shop throughout March at the following Travis Perkins branches, Northampton Harvey Reeves Road, Daventry, Northampton Kettering Road & Wellingborough. Customers can choose to opt out if they wish. 

3. The promotional period runs throughout March 2026, with eligible purchases from March 1 until March 31. 

4. A total of two winners will be selected at random for the hospitality box tickets competition and three for the standard tickets competition. 

5. Prize Details - The hospitality box tickets competition winners will each receive: 2 x tickets to Northampton Saints vs Bath on 25th April. The game will take place at Cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens. This includes drinks and food as outlined by the Northampton Saints’ hospitality packages. No travel costs or accommodation will be included. The standard tickets competition winners will each receive: 2 x tickets to Northampton Saints vs Bath on 25th April. The game will take place at Cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens. No food, drink, travel costs or accommodation will be provided. 

6. The winners of both prizes will be drawn at random. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. 

7. Those selected as a winner will agree that their name and entry may be displayed on Travis Perkins’ and Northampton Saints website and social media channels. Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity. Participants warrant that their entry contains no copyrighted material, is original and that they have full authority to grant these rights. 

8. Only purchases made by the Trade Account holder will be accepted.

9. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries, which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. 

10. During the claim process the winner may be asked to confirm their name, email address and proof of identification. 

11. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide their correct, up-to-date details at the time of acceptance in order to claim their prize. The Promoter nor The Administrator can be held responsible for the winner failing to supply accurate information. 

12. The prize winners will be notified within five days of the Promoter’s selection via the phone number or e-mail associated with the Travis Perkins trade account. 

13. The prize winners must contact the Promoter and provide requested details within 72 hours of the date of the Notification to claim the Prize. If a prize winner fails to claim the Prize, they will forfeit the Prize and another valid Entry will be drawn. 

14. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award or withdraw the prize entitlement and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means (e.g., bot accounts, multiple fake profiles). 

15. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. 

16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

17. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

18. The winner agrees that their details, along with those of their chosen companion for the second ticket, may be shared with a third party for the purposes of administering the competition.

19. The Promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

20. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify these terms and conditions or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law (including personal injury, death and fraud).

22. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

23. The winner’s personal data will be held in accordance with the Promoter& Privacy Policy, which is available here: travisperkins.co.uk/content/privacy-policy. 

24. For all policies, terms of entry, stadium regulations and matchday requirements relating to Northampton Saints and Cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens, entrants must refer to the policies available at www.northamptonsaints.co.uk. Travis Perkins accepts no responsibility for any changes or requirements set by Northampton Saints.
