Great product.
The pack says that no pre drilling is needed but I didn't even try putting them in without pre drilling. They were never going to go through 6" of hardwood without a 5mm pilot hole (and I greased them too).
It's the second time I've used then. The first was on softwood but I pre drilled that too.
They all went in using a 600w drill without any torque clutch.
Other than that they are great. Strong and excellent grip. And the supplied hex head driver is such a bonus.
