The description does state the soil contains clay/sand but the the whole of the bag is virtually grit sand very little soil content at all .

everything we plant grows like mad , stopped buying compost now as this stuff is just amazing and they have it in stock every time we need it saved a fortune on fertiliser

Will use again
We have bought other soils but found them either sandy or sticky. TP's soil satisfies our needs for replenishing our garden boarders. The delivery is spot on and the regular contact is always polite and courteous. Have continually used them as never disappointed.

I would buy this product again.
The soil was good quality. There was a few larger bits that had to be picked out but overall good quality for the price. I've ordered bulk bags of soil from a number of different places and this is the best. The delivery times are always good and they are prompt at contacting you to confirm the delivery and time. Also the delivery driver was lovely and very helpful.
