CLEARANCE
The intumescent fire seals expand in the event of a fire and seals off the gap between the door and the frame, preventing the spread of fire and smoke. This combined fire and smoke seal prevents the spread of smoke prior to the fire seal activating. It is very important to fit the correct size seal, please always check fire door manufacturers instructions.

A fire rated hinge and latch pack that contains 1.5 pairs of 76x51x2mm grade 7 stainless steel hinges and a 64mm heavy duty tubular mortice latch. The pack comes with all the necessary intumescent ironmongery prtoection for both the hinges and the lock as well as all fixings.
