London Terms and Conditions

2 Hour Inner City Courier Delivery Service:
 

1. Service only available Monday - Friday on orders from the following branches: Balham Hill, Balham Weir Road, Battersea, Battersea Park Road, Bethnal Green, Dalston, Hackney, Hampstead, Kensal Green, London Bridge, London City, Paddington, Peckham, Pimlico, Queens Park, St Pancras, Staples Corner, Stoke Newington, Vauxhall.
2. Orders must be placed in branch or over the telephone before 15:00 for products that are in stock at the relevant branch and can fit in a standard courier (box or panel) van.
3. Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
4. Available to Travis Perkins Trade Account holders & Non-Account holders.
5. Excludes ‘Big & Bulky’ products that require a crane delivery vehicle or orders that exceed one (1) standard courier (box or panel) van.
6. Excludes all tools, plant & equipment for hire products.
7. Delivery must be in the Central London area within a 3 mile radius of any of the participating branches.
8. Each delivery will incur a £10.00 Ex VAT delivery charge.
9. No guarantee can be made on specific timing of deliveries within the 2 hour period.
10. Orders made after 15:00 cannot be guaranteed to be delivered on the same working day. If the delivery is not made that day, the order will be delivered the following working day and the £10.00 delivery charge will be refunded to the Customer.
11. Orders placed on Friday between 15:00 – 17:00 will be delivered on the following Monday.
12. Excludes all online orders.
13. Service is limited to within the trading hours of the branch that the order is placed, please check opening times of branch.
14. Subject to stock availability in branch at point of order being made.
15. If the Customer is not present or cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, the Service may be cancelled and the branch will attempt to contact the Customer to re-arrange delivery for another day. The branch is not liable for any failed deliveries due to failure to contact the Customer.
16. Delivery must be signed for.
17. Travis Perkins reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without prior notice at any time in its absolute discretion.
18. In the event that delivery is not made due to reasons outside the branch’s control, a claim can be submitted to the Branch Manager where the order was placed. The Branch Manager will review the claim and their decision on the claim is final. A successful claim will have the £10 Service Delivery Charge refunded.
     

Free Next Day Inner City Delivery To Site Service:
 

1. Service only available Monday - Friday on orders from the following branches: Balham Hill, Balham Weir Road, Battersea, Battersea Park Road, Bethnal Green, Dalston, Hackney, Hampstead, Kensal Green, London Bridge, London City, Paddington, Peckham, Pimlico, Queens Park, St Pancras, Staples Corner, Stoke Newington, Vauxhall.
2. Orders must be placed in branch or over the telephone before 17:00 in branch on products in stock.
3. Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
4. Available to Travis Perkins Trade Account holders & Non-Account holders.
5. Excludes all tools, plant & equipment for hire products.
6. Delivery must be in the Central London area within a 3 mile radius of any of the participating branches.

3. All prices printed are excluding VAT, but are subject to include VAT at the current rate of 20%.
4. Errors and omissions excepted, price correct at time of going to press.
5. Travis Perkins reserves the right to change prices without prior notice at any time in its absolute discretion.
6. Stock may vary by branch and is subject to availability.
7. Excludes any other offers and discount arrangements.
8. Any Inner City Savers items that are subsequently returned will be reimbursed at the promotional price paid for the goods.
