Blackburn Branch Refurb

Our building supplies offering in Blackburn just got better. With a complete shop refit to include brand new racking in the warehouse, a complete overhaul of the shop product range, a flooring display and joinery section, customers will also benefit from the introduction of Benchmarx Kitchens to the family. Three stunning kitchen displays have been created, one of which is the True Handleless range, so customers can see the kitchens in their full glory and help visualise what you can expect from a Benchmarx kitchen.

The branch at Phoenix Mill, BB2 2DT, was opened on the 28th February 2022 by the Mayor of Blackburn, Councillor Derek Hardman and a raffle was held on the day to raise money for his local charity.

The Mayor of Blackburn said: “It was a pleasure to officially open the new Benchmarx Blackburn store. Everyone knows it has been a turbulent time for many businesses, particularly physical stores that have been unable to open during lockdowns or have had to adapt to restrictions. I’m therefore delighted to welcome Benchmarx to Blackburn, along with the new jobs it has created in the region.”

As well as the new range of products and services, two jobs have been created in the community: Benchmarx branch manager and a specialist kitchen designer - on hand to give expert advice and service to boot.
