Terms & Conditions for the Trade Essentials Promotion

1. Trade Essentials are a range of everyday essential products where prices are monitored and checked regularly. 

2. The Trade Essentials promotion is open to all customers who purchase the relevant products online or in branch. 

3. The Trade Essentials range is identified by the Trade Essentials name  in branch and online at www.travisperkins.co.uk and any promotional material. 

4. Prices are checked and monitored versus comparable products using publicly available information from UK based businesses which trade on the same basis as us and have multiple premises which are freely open to the trade on the UK mainland. Businesses which trade on a different basis to us, such as online only outlets and retailers, are not deemed to be comparable for the purpose of this promotion.

5. Prices will be valid for a minimum of 1 week from the point they are first updated.  The latest price will be visible and listed on www.travisperkins.co.uk 

6. Prices for Trade Essentials products which are advertised in printed point of sale promotional material displayed in our branches or on the radio will have  the price held for a minimum of one month from the date of publication or broadcast. 

7. All prices displayed will ex VAT unless stated otherwise.

8. No additional discounts, vouchers or offers can be used in-conjunction with the prices displayed. This includes Big Trade Deals and Clearance ranges.

9. Excludes any associated delivery charges. 

10. Stock may vary by branch and is subject to availability.

11. Employees of the Travis Perkins Group cannot use this offer in-conjunction with staff discount.

13. Whilst every care is taken in the production of this Promotion the Promoter cannot be held responsible for any errors or missions.

14. Travis Perkins Trading Company Limited reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prices shown at any time in its absolute discretion without notice.
