HOB
The silver burner supports - how on earth are we supposed to clean them? Ive tried so many different products, as well as elbow grease, that now that are all a dull matt silver. But all burners work well and I've had no problems with them working over the last 3 years.

Impressive Looking
The Gas Hob works a treat, looks good and plenty of room for pots and pans all to be used at the same time. Only downside is the cleaning. All the tops have to be removed to get an even clean and the black surface 'coating' leaves smear marks which you then have to polish to get them to disappear, this having to be done nearly everytime you cook makes life a little more difficult. Overall for the cooking side of things it is excellent.

Good quality but minor issues
Generally this hob is pretty good. A few minor issues, one being the protective stops on the underside of the grids to stop it scratching the surface are only placed on the edges surrounding the burner and not on the outer edges. It really needs them on all 8 points around the grid, not just the 4 surrounding the burner. The centre burner needs a particular technique to light it as sometimes it doesn't light straight away. The other 4 burners are fine.

Hob is a nightmare to clean, plates scratch easily , stains do not come off. Bad quality
