Power not what I was expecting
Our first hob was installed and had to be replaced as it had a faulty motherboard meaning that the back three rings could barely bring a 1/2 litre of water to a simmer after 10 minutes . AEG Induction hob
Very good with cast iron pots. Be aware that even some sturdy stainless steel pans do not work with induction hobs.
Design is clean. and controls work well.
Thought for the future - would be to make them "not in black". eg grey or granite speckle. I would have preferred grey.

Excellent product
A replacement for older 4 hob induction hob easy to control and extra riing is very handy. Front rings are very close to the edge so extra care needed. Excellent well built product

AEG Induction hob 5 zones
Fantastic design and functionality. very practicable as easy to clean. safety features are excellent with auto switch off when not in use. the F function alarts you to when you have turned the wrong heating section.

Aeg 5 zone induction hob
Never had an induction hob before and only used this for a short time so these are initial thoughts.
Love the sleek design and looks. Nice big cooking area. Easy to use slide controls. Love the boost function, my pasta sauce was boiling in seconds!!!
Very pleased with the hob so far and would definitely recommend.

Fabulous
Moved into a new build and this hob was already supplied. Would not have been my choice over a gas hob, but I was wrong! It is as responsive as a gas hob but far, far easier to clean. Looks great.

It's certainly easier to clean and also has a lot of additional features to it too. One I use every day is the timers. To be able to set each zone to switch off at a time of my choosing really helps with the consistency of my cooking. Timing that gives me the perfect poached egg or just the right time for pasta means I get the results that I want every time. You can also set each timer up to 99 minutes each, so ideal for longer cooking too. Thank you again for leaving us your review.

First experience with an induction hob, previously having used gas. Heats up very quickly on full power. Easy to adjust and maintain simmer with slider controls. Timer useful. Cleans easily. Simply stylish. Not yet used more than 2 zones at once. Reasonable price through Howdens

Absolute rubbish
Recommend by Wren kitchens, this job is a total waste of kitchen time! Sunday dinner preparation this week saw the roast chicken cook after 2 hours in the oven & the veg left in Luke warm water because the hot plates don't recognise the pans!!! The quality stainless pans I've had for the last 5 years just won't work on the ring areas, this hob has been a constant frustration since being fitted to out new worktops 2 weeks ago! I am on the point of returning it to Wren as it's not fit for purpose!
Buyer beware, pretty but abysmal performance!.........
