NeffN50 built in double oven U1ACE5HNOB
Very disappointed in this model which was purchased to replace my previous excellent Neff double oven. There is little to commend this model I'm sad to say. The oven housing looks and feels cheap and nasty with plastic door trims and cheap clunky control knobs. The clock is inferior in quality, difficult to set and the alarm is too short and quiet. The main oven heats more on the right hand side so everything gets overcooked on that side.Hence I can't leave baking unattended as it has to be regularly turned to avoid burning on the right. Whilst some things can be turned this cannot be done with cakes which would fall flat if the door is opened. I hate the grill pan arrangement. Previously the grill rack sat inside the grill pan and could be easily drawn in and out but this design has the grill rack slotted into the shelf above the grill pan. It is clumsy to manoevre in and out without a handle and I have singed the oven gloves on several occasions whilst trying to do it. The doors look and feel cheap and are ill designed meaning that food crumbs/debris and steam gets trapped within the 2 layers of glass and cannot easily be wiped over without dismantling the doors. The oven bulb has yet to need changing but I'm dreading having to do it in future. The bulb cover can not be undone to clean or remove it, it seems locked in place and is situated in a position that makes it hard to get a grip. I had to purchase a special tool to remove the bulb cover on my previous Neff but that doesn't fit this new Neff so I will need to purchase a new one - Neff should provide these with the oven as standard. The oven fans are very noisy and force hot air into the room when in use even when the doors are closed. I'm sorry to say that I would not recommend this model to anyone and sincerely wish I'd kept my 15 year old model instead.

Ok oven But
Works ok but the rails on which the racks are supported are a nuisance as they keep becoming detached from the side walls of the oven.

Very Average
A replacement for an 18 year old previous Neff double oven. The very obvious differences noticed immediately was a poor temperature control and lack of heat with obvious consequences.
The timer bell is very soft and the double glass doors are not sealed allowing dust to enter.
This would definitely be my last Neff purchase and luckily I can leave it behind on moving house.

Built in double oven
Great and easy to use when working, but at under 2 years old I have had 3 elements replaced which after a cheap oven had over 15 years of use never had a problem. But the repair process is good, both phone and engineers.

Cook up a storm
Love this oven. Cooked a massive turkey in it at Christmas to feed 10 adults. No problem coping with a full Christmas Dinner. Can move the shelves around. Love the slide out trays. Not used the self cleaning features yet. Mostly cooking on the Eco-Fan setting. Could not be happier. I like the push in buttons at the top - easy for cleaning.

It works a treat with a few niggles
It works fine. Only niggles are: that the instruction manual is overly complicated (how about asking some ordinary users to re-write it?); re-setting the clock (we have frequent brief power outages) is challenging due to the rapid speed that numbers change on holding down the button, resulting in big over- or under-shoots which means you have to do lots of brief button presses to reach the desired time. The completely unnecessary beeps that accompany the button presses panics our sensitive dog so we don't use the timer or re-set the clock unless she's out! Also, we still haven't worked out how to efficiently remove toast crumbs from out of the gap between the top oven/grill door and the heating compartment.

One of the best out there or ie cooks very well but like all ovens cleaning is a chore and clock setting could be easier. Overall great quality from a well known brand.

Efficient but self cleaning poor.
Efficient oven, heats up very quickly. Have only given 4 stars because the self cleaning programme has not impressed us particularly the oven floor cleaning function. We have had to resort to using Lakeland's oven cleaner to get it clean. Disappointed when you pay extra for the self cleaning.
