Mortice locks are available in two types, deadlock and sashlock. Sashlocks feature a latch as well as a locking bolt, where a deadlock will only have the bolt to lock the door with. These locks are most commonly installed into wooden front doors and provide great resistance to intruders. Our range includes 3-lever and 5-lever deadlocks - the 5-lever version is highly recommended by insurance companies, and are suitable for domestic and commercial use.

Era Fortress British Standard 5 Lever Sashlock 76mm
The Fortress 5 Lever British Standard (BS) Deadbolt Mortice Door Lock is a high security Sashlock, conforming to the BS 3621:2007; meets the exacting demands of insurance companies and the Police. Higher security and strength are delivered by a 20mm bolt throw in every lock. Designed with hardened steel plates to resist drilling and two hardened steel plates in the deadbolt to resist hacksawing. Features a latch bolt, which can easily be reversed without the removal of the lock cover or screws. The keys have 1.000 variations for added security. All steel levers have false notching to resist lock picking.

Viscount 5 Lever Sash Lock 64mm CHROME20-62 (Clam Packed)
The Viscount 5 Lever Sashbolt Mortice Door Lock is a classically designed, sashlock, suitable for replacing existing 2 and 3 lever door locks for additional security. Ideal for the volume user, the Viscount offers long service in demanding situations and is the right choice for replacement or new built projects. Hardened steel rollers in the bolt resist hacksawing and levers have false notching to resist lock picking. The Viscount 5 Lever Sashlock is to be operated by a handle and has an easily reversible bolt to ensure fitting/operation on both left and right handed, inwards and outwards opening doors.
