Great staff and great product
Went to Phoenix way Gorseinon Branch on a Saturday morning to get some Torus skirting. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or professional, skirting great quality and cut into lengths so we could get it into the car. Thank you Paul and Chris really appreciated.

Warning - Avoid! Do not waste your money
Seriously don't buy this cheap rubbish, wasted weekend as had to bring it all back to shop for refund as nearly every board was warped and cupped, some was cracked, manager Chris from Hove store sounded like he didn't believe me on the phone, he said bring it to store so he can look at it and refund if it is warpe ...

Great staff and great product

Seriously don't buy this cheap rubbish, wasted weekend as had to bring it all back to shop for refund as nearly every board was warped and cupped, some was cracked, manager Chris from Hove store sounded like he didn't believe me on the phone, he said bring it to store so he can look at it and refund if it is warped, had to drive all the way back there and unload skirting only to be told they wouldn't refund one of the packs because I'd used 2 of the boards already, bearing in mind I spent a few hours trying to use this rubbish so I didn't have 2 return it but ended up giving up because the gap at the top was about 1cm and bowed out at the ends like a banana so I eventually gave up and just ripped it off the wall and took it back, this timber is so warped they wouldn't have been able to sell it, to then refuse a refund is just plain disgusting. Manager was extremely rude and I won't be using wikes again, just stick to builders/timbers merchants as you can choose the timber and it's always better quality

Do not waste your money
Some of the worst timber i have ever seen.
Quality of service was 0 and timber was thrown in garden and left without letting me know which resulted in mud all over the timber and dints and gashes in..the only quality service was manger phoning and refunding....he didn't even want the timber back (it must be that bad)..for the price per meter you would expect better as it's not cheap..

i would recommend this product
the skirting boards i ordered where delivered on time, they had no splits or warps so i was very satisfied good price as well
