Fabulous stuff, does exactly what it needs to!
I had a problem with a flat roof leak that I could not locate. I've used this stuff once before and had a good experience so came to get some. Got the bigger tin at a better price this time though.
It can be applied in any conditions, though I would say in the cold it gets thicker and less adhesive so requires more working, but it still goes on suitably. Obviously the thicker it has to go on, the less area it covers. That said I have not had the issue since using it and would happily recommend this product.
