Shelf does not slide out, have to lift off , shelf can only be lowered by turning it around, making getting food /plates difficult and you can burn yourself on the metal shelf

A very health conscious product
This will be my 5th microwave but my first Neff. It fits beautifully with my new Neff oven and they really enhance the look of my new kitchen. I love the hot air functions on the Neff which I have not had previously and ax I use my dual microwave more than my oven I have found it so easy to use. The increased number of options almost replacing the need for another oven. Together with my new oven this microwave will cover all aspects of food preparation one could possibly need and has the added advantage of really enhancing the look and enhancing the quality of my new kitchen

Combi microwave
Bought for new kitchen in a tall cupboard above our slide and hide oven. Microwave does not have a turntable so we are just getting used to turning the food when cooking. The microwave and other functions are very easy to use. For smaller people in a tall unit they might find it awkward to remove plates from the fixed shelf. I am 5' 10" and find it quite easy.

Could be improved
Nice idea and matches Neff oven, however. Tripped rcd when used first to clean. Seems ok now. Agree with other reviews the fixed rack needs to be removed for liquids to get a jug in. Lip on shelf makes it difficult to remove. Instructions and guide to heating could be improved.
