Christmas Delivery and Collection Details

Last order dates for Christmas 2024

As we enter the festive season, our delivery and collection service for orders made online will have some cut-off times that we’d like to make you aware of.
Last order dates ensure that we can facilitate every order placed online, and get it to you before our Christmas closure.

 

England and Wales branch opening hours

23rd December: normal business hours

24th - 29th: CLOSED

30th - 31st December: 8am - 12pm

1st January 2025: CLOSED

2nd January 2025: normal business hours 

 

Scotland branch opening hours

23rd December: normal business hours

24th December - 2nd January 2025: CLOSED

3rd January 2025: normal business hours

 

TP Direct - next working day deliveries

Last online order for next day delivery before Christmas will be 6pm on Thursday 19th December. Any orders placed after this time, and before 6pm on Tuesday 2nd January, next working day delivery will take place on the Wednesday 3rd January.

 

Products delivered direct from a supplier

Last online order for delivery before Christmas will be advised on your order confirmation. 

 

Click & Collect

Last online order for a same day collection before Christmas will be 4pm Friday 20th December. Orders placed before 11am between 27th - 28th December and 30th - 31st December will be available for same day collection before 12pm (excluding Scotland). Any orders placed after this time, and before Tuesday 2nd January, collection will take place from 2nd January (3rd January for Scotland).

 

Deliveries from a branch

The last online order for delivery before Christmas will be 4pm Thursday 19th December. After this date, for some of our branches, the delivery may not be until the New Year. If this is evident in your area you will be displayed your advised delivery date during checkout for week commencing 2nd January (3rd January for Scotland). This will also be shown on your order confirmation email.
