Terms & Conditions

 

1. The voucher, with its unique url link, entitles the bearer to a £10 Uber Eats credit.

2. The £10 Uber Eats voucher can be added as a credit in your Uber Eats account (new customers are required to register) and then redeemed for orders placed via the Uber Eats app or online, for part or full payment of goods. 

3. The Uber Eats voucher is valid for the UK only. 

4. The promoter accepts no liability for a lost or stolen £10 Uber Eats voucher.

5. The promoter and issuer reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or discontinue the voucher at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. The £10 Uber Eats voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. 

7. The £10 Uber Eats voucher holds no cash value and is not for sale or re-sale. Cash value 0.001p.

8. The voucher is valid for use until 31/12/25.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to: delay, postpone, cancel or terminate early the Promotion; replace the Promotion with a similar or lesser offer (as determined by the Promoter), in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so. If the Promoter exercises these rights it will make available another offer on similar terms to the Promotion.

10. The promoter and its agents cannot be held responsible for the quality of products, service or featured dishes availability on the Uber Eats app. Check the Uber Eats app for availability of deliveries and restaurants.

11. Service fees, delivery fees and tips will be covered for Uber Eats orders, provided that the value of the Uber voucher is greater than the total order amount. Offer is non-transferable, subject to change or cancellation.

13. Any persons taking advantage of this offer does so on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

14. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

15. For the avoidance of doubt, Uber Technologies Inc. and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees (“Uber”) will have no liability or responsibility of any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. By entering this promotion, you acknowledge and accept that the Promoter is the sole promoter in relation to the promotion and that Uber have not offered or sponsored this promotion in any way.

16. Employees of Travis Perkins Trading Company Ltd, their families and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not permitted to use this voucher.

17 This voucher offer is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

19. Any unique voucher codes shown after the end date stated will not be valid or accepted. 20. Loyalty card valid from 11/08/2025 until 30/09/2025.

21. Valid at Travis Perkins Coventry South ONLY.

22. The offer is limited to one claim per user and per unique voucher code. One unique voucher code is accepted per transaction.

23. Unique voucher code must be claimed (using your unique claim code) within 30 days of receiving the voucher, when this promotion expires. Voucher can be collected at Travis Perkins Coventry South. 

24. The offer is only available in the Branch when the loyalty card is shown. The offer cannot be used at travisperkins.co.uk, for Hire transactions placed by phone, using Click & Collect or the Travis Perkins App.

25. The Loyalty Card is non-transferable, has no cash alternative and is invalid if re-sold. 

26. Only original, undamaged loyalty cards will be accepted. Lost, stolen or damaged loyalty cards cannot be replaced.

27. The minimum spend is £150 Ex VAT per transaction.

28. Travis Perkins reserves the right to cancel, alter or withdraw the offer at any time without notice, alongside limiting quantities.
