Excellent product; shame about the service.
Good product, entirely fit for purpose and at a reasonable price. I ordered it online for pick-up at Ripon yard and and promptly received an email advising it was ready to pick up. However, when I went to collect it, no one could find where it was and it anyway, it was out of stock. Promising to re-order it, I received a phone call from the branch saying it had arrived, but again, on turning up, they couldn't find my order. Not a great experience and a lot of wasted time, but the product is now installed and looks fine.
