BIOCHECK Fungicidal Paint is the third part of MGC's mould eradication treatment and was developed over 50 years ago to eradicate black mould problems in severe condensation situations and prevent their return. BIOCHECK Fungicidal Emulsions are now specified and successfully used by Local Authorities, Housing Associations, private landlords, universities, MOD and private householders throughout the country as a mould prevention paint. BIOCHECK Fungicidal Matt and Silk Emulsion has been tested by the Building Research Advisory Service and shown to be completely resistant to colonization and growth of mould and can be expected to perform well on surfaces prone to condensation.

The BIOCHECK BB PACK in Matt Magnolia. This handy pack of products contains unique biocides which prevent the growth of mould on walls and ceilings even in properties suffering from extreme condensation. The BIOCHECK BB PACK contains 200 mls of RLT BACTDET 05 which is used to kill and clean the mould growth off the contaminated surfaces and 2.5 litres of BIOCHECK EMULSION PAINT which is sufficient for two coats covering 10-12 square metres of treatment. RLT BACTDET 05 is approved under COPR 1986 (as amended) by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) for both amateur and professional use.
