High % of unuseable bricks
The end result doesn't look bad, but the bricks were very varied in size, mostly too small (up to 6mm short in any given dimension) and the bricks are very soft so damage and break easily and general poor quality faces meant we had wastage of about 15% and had to buy more bricks
