This is an excellent washing machine that works well with a big load and cleans perfectly. Not too noisy with many wash options. Very happy with my purchase.

Really disappointed with it.
Previously had a Bosch integrated water for 10+ years until we had to replace it. The plus points of the new model are that it's quiet and has a light. But that's it! Clothes and towels come out feeling really stiff and creased no matter what programme or how small the load is. I've never had to use softener before but even that only helps a bit. So fed up as I loved the previous machine.

Very disappointed
For an expensive and modern machine, there is no ability to change the temperate of a wash - a very simple and needed function. Although description states "variable temperature control" which is misleading as you can't. Also the dial and clunky and machine is not as modern as would have expected. Very disappointed
