My microwave is too small

Wasn't heating food
I love the way the door opens but that's about it . Tried to use for first time just to heat some milk but it was stone cold ! I saw a bit of silver card at the side and thought it was just packaging that was left in so tore it out !! Then discovered it was needed . Went on to spares and couldn't find but after contacting customer service they sent the link ! My old Neff microwave had a proper metal cover not a piece of card !!!

Looks good
It may have been better if it was a 900W but 800W is still fine.
It is good that you can add time just by dialling it in whilst it is running!!

Neff Microwave
I have found the Neff microwave very easy to operate. The instruction booklet gives all the information required to operate the microwave. Good buy.

Replacement Microwave
Love this microwave, although on the expensive side my previous one lasted 16 years, hope this one does to, very hard to get a replacement as it is a integrated one

NEFF MICROWAVE
My first NEFF microwave lasted 24 years with no problem whasoever. The 2nd one has just been installed and I have every faith it will perform as well
