Excellent cooking but 2 problems
Cooking/Heating ability is the best I've ever come across in a microwave. A roast is reheated to perfection, almost as if it's cooked afresh (10/10).
However I have 2 problems with newish 6 month old device.
1) Problems with beeping for 30 seconds on completion of a programme (irritating)

Very sleek looking microwave
My microwave is very stylish and matches my beautiful ovens, it is somewhat less powerful than microwaves that I have had before, but easy to use

Lovely microwave
My last Neff microwave was 17 years old and still working. I updated my microwave to fit into my new kitchen. I am not disappointed. Although it is a 800 and my old one was a 1000. I have not noticed the difference . The controls are very easy to use. The door opening is very smooth. Love the look of it. Very pleased with it.

Good microwave. Shipping fault fixed seemlessly.
Excellent Microwave. 800 watt so not as powerful as some models but good enough. Microwave had a faulty door mechanism from new but a Neff engineer was able to sort. The after sales service from Neff was excellent, although you would hope not to have to use on a brand new product.

Does the job - BUT
Probably the most disapointing NEFF Product from the whole Kitchen install
Work well - but less powerfull that most modern microwaves
It's also a bit smaller than others on the market
Really wish the digital buttons were backlit, as you basically cant operate it without the room being well lit :(

Not as good as the previous model
I bought this model to replace my previous Neff built in Microwave which had been great until it finally broke down (after a multiple uses every day for many year).
This one appeared to be the same, but the door opening is now a touch button rather than a push bar. From the start, the mechanism doesn't seem robust, there is a slight hestitation and a buzz before the door opens.
