Easy to use but rubbish product.
I was recommended to use this product mainly for the speed of install. I used over 20 tubs on a large area. Yes it did save time but it was also a waste of money. Some parts never really cured and ended up breaking up and allowing water to get into the joints and then freezing causing a lot of damage. Do not buy this product unless you want to do the job twice.

We have just finished landscaping the back garden. We used Marshall's grey Indian sandstone slabs and after waiting 5 months for them to be delivered at long last managed to get them laid in the last few weeks. We were recommended this product to grout them and used the grey colour. After a week the compound still hasn't cured and has come away in clumps, not only that the small beads have left a resin and discoloured a large area of the slabs. As we were recommended this product by Travis Perkins to say I am annoyed is a severe understatement. It should also be noted that I had to exchange a tub as it had gone hard even before the bag was opened, avoid this product at all costs. I will be contacting Paveturf to discuss the matter further with them.

I won't buy this product again
We bought 4 buckets of this compound for 2 separate patios, first ones went down ok and used 3 of the 4 bags from 2 buckets, the spare one got used with the other 2 buckets on the second patio, BIG mistake, totally different colour and nothing like the colour on the lit, and one bag was really greasy with resin so stained a big patch on the slabs. My advise, check batch numbers and ignore the lid colour, nothing like it. I've spent 2 days raking it back out and throwing it away.
Merchant Response Dear Dom, many thanks for getting in touch and I am very sorry to hear the product you purchased is not up to its usual high standard. I have passed your review onto our product team who will look into this. Kind regards, Travis Perkins Team

Excellent product for rejointing patios
This stuff is genius. We needed to redo the joints on our patio where a previous sand/cement dry mix had failed, so after much research decided to use the pavetuf jointing compound. It's very easy to work with, just wet the slabs and sand and keep brushing, and wetting, and brushing, that's it. Any excess can be put back in the tub and covered in water and saved for future. The compound took about 48 hours to cure and sets very hard so we've already jetwashed our patio without issue.
