Twiddling thumbs.
Product is fine, but I ordered 70 metres of this from Dalston branch last Tuesday. Five mins later the branch rang to say it wasn't in, but expected next day, and they'd ring me when it was in. No phone call. On Friday I rang them and they said it was expected that day, and they'd ring. No phone call. On Saturday I rang and it hadn't come in, but they'd ring when it did. No call. On Monday I rang and they said it was in. Five minutes later they rang and said it had been sold. They agreed they'd deliver it when it did - more than a week later - come in. It is Wednesday today and I am still waiting.
