15 planks, 1 badly twisted...twas NOT my linseed oil.
1 of these planks,t the 4.2 metre one in particular are so badly twisted longitudinally it is unusable. I will be reordering in the next few days and hope you will flag up the opportunity for the driver to inspect the group that I have linseed oiled as a group, and swop it for a straight one.
I hope this will happen seamlessly. The job is a floor 2.7m max length via 2.75m width and you sent me 7 X 3m which was good but 4 x 3.3 and a 4.2, a 4.5, and 2X4.8 of which the 4.2 was twisted beyond confident use. I would usually absorb the warped one as one of those things but asked in general the driver if people refuse receipt of faulty goods (but at that time did not see the warped board free of weight). I hope you will email me a code to get a discount to the vale of a 4.2 metre board, unluckily it was one of the longest, but fair enough and I will re-order at TP.
